Hardware maintenance
We keep your PCs, laptops, servers and printers in working order: routine servicing, firmware and driver updates, fault diagnosis, and repair or replacement when something fails.
Network maintenance
We look after the switches, routers, firewalls and cabling that carry your traffic: firmware patching, configuration backups, performance checks and fast diagnosis when a link goes down.
Hour bank
Buy your IT hours up front, at a lower rate
The hour bank lets you purchase a year of IT support in advance at a reduced hourly rate. If you do not use the full allocation, the hours are not lost. Put them towards extra consultation, project work, or roll them over into the following year.
It is popular with businesses, schools and colleges working to a tight budget who need to know the total cost for the year up front. You can top the bank up at any time, so there is no risk in buying fewer hours than you might need, and hours can be used singly or in blocks for larger jobs.
Our standard callout rate is €75 + VAT per hour. Every hour-bank rate below is lower than that.
